Plywood

If anchoring to plywood wall material, the plywood must be minimum 38 mm thick. Use
at least four (one in each corner) 10 mm wood screws with washers, of sufficient
length to penetrate at least 7 mm beyond the backside of the plywood.
Metal Studs (spaced from 300 mm to 600 mm)

If anchoring directly to metal studs, studs must be minimum 1.2 mm thick. Use at least
four (one in each corner) 10 mm sheet metal screws with washers, of sufficient length
to penetrate at least 3 threads beyond the stud.
