11 . Operation in Error mode
1) When the error code lights up on the LCD screen and the bell beeps continuously, it means that there is
a fatal error on the UPS. Users can get error codes from the "LOG DATA" menu. Please refer to
Chapter 4 for details s .
2) Please check the load, wiring, ventilation, electricity, battery, and so on after the fault occurs. Do not
attempt to turn on the UPS again before troubleshooting the issue. If the problem persists, contact
the distributor or service person immediately.
3) In case of emergency, immediately turn off the connection from the mains, external battery, and
output to avoid possible damage to the UPS or equipment.
12 . Operation in maintenance bypass mode
This operation should only be performed by qualified maintenance personnel or technicians.
When the UPS needs to be repaired or serviced and the load cannot be turned off, it needs to be put
into maintenance mode.
1 ) First, turn off the UPS.
2) Then, remove the cover of the maintenance bypass switch on the panel.
3) Turn the maintenance switch to the "BPS" position.

A. First method
This operation should only be performed by qualified maintenance personnel or technicians.

Open communication software
The following interface will appear.
2) When setting battery parameters, please confirm that the UPS status is in bypass mode or standby
mode.
3) Click "Refresh", "USB..." and "2400" will appear in the corresponding location.
