    1. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS AND EMC All safety instructions in this document must be read, understood, and followed. 1-1. Transportation and Storage Please ship the UPS system only in its original packaging to protect against shock and damage. The UPS should be stored in a room where the temperature is well regulated. The ambient temperature should not exceed 40°C.

    To completely disconnect the UPS system, first press the "OFF" button and then Unplug the power/power cord. Make sure no liquids or other foreign objects can enter the UPS system. UPS can be operated by any individual with no prior experience. 1- 6 .

    2. INSTALLATION AND OPERATION The series comes with two VAC systems: 208V and 400V. There are two different types of models: standard and long-term models. Please refer to the following table. Charge the battery 1) After the UPS is connected to the power source and turned on in AC mode, the charger will charge the battery automatically except in battery mode, during battery self-test, overload, or when battery voltage is high. 2) It is recommended to charge the battery at least 10 hours before operation.
  • Page 35 11 . Operation in Error mode 1) When the error code lights up on the LCD screen and the bell beeps continuously, it means that there is a fatal error on the UPS. Users can get error codes from the "LOG DATA" menu. Please refer to Chapter 4 for details s .
