2. INSTALLATION AND TEST SET-UP

This section will be dealing with the installation and set-up of the RSO Rheometer. Read each step
thoroughly before proceeding.
2. 1 Air & AC Power Up
Compressed Air Supply should be turned on before RSO power up.

2. 1. 1. Power Button

Ensure that no spindles are attached to the coupling. Press the Power button on the RSO.

2. 1. 2. Initialization

After a few seconds, the RSO splash screen will be displayed.
The RSO head will begin to rise into an upper set position while it runs self-checks. These can
be viewed at the bottom of the screen. This screen also shows your RSO's Serial Number and
the installed firmware version.
