Replacing the GPU board or the add-on
card
Field Replaceable Unit
(FRU)
Tools:
– Phillips PH2 / (+) No. 2 screwdriver
– T15 Torx screwdriver (for GPU board)
– T20 Torx screwdriver (for GPU heat sink)
There are different GPU boards available for air cooling or liquid cooling.
The procedure for replacing the GPU board is almost the same, except
handling the GPU heat sink. For GPU LC heat sink, see
