Remove the fans:
1.
Remove the protective tape (1) from both fan system board connectors, and then disconnect the fan
cables.
2.
Remove the six Phillips 2.0 × 4.0 screws (2) from the fans.
3.
Remove the fans (3).
To install the fans, reverse this procedure.

Heat sink
