Declining a call

About this task
You can decline an incoming call when you do not want to answer a call. Depending on the Call
decline policy set by your administrator, you can decline an incoming call. Contact your
administrator to know about the Call decline policy and enable this feature for your extension.
Procedure
On the incoming call screen, press Decline soft key.
Result
You have declined the call. Depending on your Call decline policy, the caller receives one of the
following alerts:
• An audio message alert
• A busy tone alert
