The following diagram illustrates the structure of the entire development
system.
 SoM Core Board ACKU040
1) FPGA chip: Xilinx KINTEX UltraSacale chip XCKU040.
2) DDR4: Four high-capacity 1G bytes (4GB total) high-speed DDR4 SDRAM,
which can be used as FPGA data storage, image analysis cache, and data
processing.
3) QSPI FLASH: Two 128Mbit QSPI NOR FLASH memory chips, which can
be used for FPGA chip configuration file and user data storage;
4) 1 differential crystal of 200Mhz.
5) 2 LEDs, including 1 power indicator and 1 DONE configuration indicator
 Carrier Board
1) 2 SFP+ fiber optic interfaces, each with fiber optic data communication
receive and transmit speeds up to 16.3Gb/s.
