Appliance Preparation
Install Stand-off s
Stand-off s are supplied fl at on fi rebox and are secured
at one end.
1. For retrofi tting in existing framing: Leave the
stand-off s fl at on appliance case.
Caution
Installer to verify clearances to all existing
combustible construction before retrofitting
appliance into existing wall cavity.
2. For new construction framing:
off s, bend them as shown and secure loose end to
top of fi rebox.
