Steps
1. Remove the two (M1.6x1.8) screws that secure the right speaker in place.
2. Slightly lift the right speaker from the palm-rest assembly.
CAUTION:
Do not completely remove the right speaker, as it is still attached to the tweeter underneath the
system board.
3. Disconnect the SD-card reader daughterboard FFC from the connector on the SD-card reader daughterboard.
4. Remove the three (M2x1.5) screws that secure the SD-card reader daugherboard to the palm-rest assembly.
5. Lift and remove the SD-card reader daugherboard from the palm-rest assembly.
Installing the SD-card reader daughterboard
Prerequisites
If you are replacing a component, remove the existing component before performing the installation procedure.
