7.1 Media compatibility

The pump is not suitable for handling oxygen above normal atmospheric concentration.
Consult us before specifying pumps for use with high hydrogen content. Refer to

maintaining support pump P3 + switching-off the nHT
Temperature of nHT < 100
valves V2 + V4 are closed, nHT remains evacuated
< 100 °C
Backing pumps P1, P2, (P3) are switched-off
