4 Electrical Installation

4.4 Integral Sensor Cable Connection

For installations where the sensor is close to the transmitter, use an integral c cable. This design is preferred
for submersible installations as there is no connector that could be affected by moisture.
For ease of sensor replacement, keep the cable length to a minimum.

4.5 Junction Box and Extension Cable Connection

For some applications, an extension cable is available that can be installed permanently between the
sensor and the transmitter. The sensor has a junction box mounted either directly on it or in close proximity.
The extension cable is connected to the sensor inside the junction box.
