9. Using the #1 Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the spring-loaded captive screws that
hold the transport tray to the counterweight assemblies. There are three screws
each on the front and back of the transport tray (Figure 18).
Warning:
Be sure to support the counterweights as they are detached from
the transport tray in order to prevent the counterweights from
falling and injuring your hands or fingers.
10. Using the snap ring pliers, remove the snap rings from the outer-most two gears on
both the front and back of the transport tray (Figure 19).
