Unpacking the dispenser
4.1.3.1
Unpacking the Dispenser for floor installation
Depending on the transport route, the carrier supplies the Dispenser for floor mounting in
different transport packaging.
Specifications for the disposal of the packaging material can be found in the section Disposal
(Page 99).
Removing packaging for road transport
To remove the packaging, proceed as follows:
1. Remove the transport film.
2. Remove the edge protection strips.
3. Remove the spacers.
4. Remove the bolts with which the Dispenser is attached to the transport pallet.
Remove packaging for air transport
To remove the packaging, proceed as follows:
1. Remove the screws from the side panel of the packaging.
2. Take off the side panel.
3. Lift off the cover of the transport packaging of the Dispenser.
4. Remove the asphalt composite film.
5. Remove the transport film.
6. Remove the bolts with which the Dispenser is attached to the transport pallet.
Remove the packaging for sea transport
To remove the packaging, proceed as follows:
1. Remove the nails from the side wall of the package.
2. Take off the side panel.
3. Lift off the cover of the transport packaging of the Dispenser.
4. Remove the asphalt composite film.
5. Remove the transport film.
6. Remove the bolts with which the Dispenser is attached to the transport pallet.
