Bagging the Grass Clippings

Use the grass box when you want to collect grass and leaf clippings from the lawn.

Grass Box Full Indicator

The grass box is fitted with a full indicator at the rear of the hard top. Whilst air is still rotating around the
box and grass is being collected, the flap will raise and remain open. Once the collector is full, the flap will
remain closed, and you should empty the grass box. Figure 12.

Installing the Grass Box

1. Move the handle to the upright position for easier access to the grass box.
2. Lift up the rear deflector (A of Figure 13).
3. Install the hooks of the grass box into the notches on the rear of the machine (B of Figure 13).
4. Allow the rear deflector to rest on the grass box (C of Figure 13).

5. Return the handle back to the operating position before starting your machine. Refer to Folding the
Handle. Figure 19.
