Troubleshooting
Problem
The LED indicator light
on the battery charger is
blinking red (CONTINUED)
The machine is producing a
beeping sound.
The quality of cut is
decreased or unsatisfactory.
The bagging is decreased or
unsatisfactory.
The machine is cutting
unevenly.
The machine is vibrating.

Possible Cause
2. The battery pack is weak.
1. The battery pack is not charged.
2. The machine is in an unsafe position for
operation.
3. The machine is overloaded.
4. There is another electrical problem with the
machine.
1. The blade is dull.
2. The cutting deck has debris buildup.
1. The machine is overloaded.
2. The grass box vents are blocked.
1. The blade is dull.
2. The cutting deck is damaged.
1. The blade is bent or damaged.
2. Contact your authorised service dealer if the
battery is in warranty, or properly dispose
of the battery pack at a battery recycling
facility.
1. Remove the battery pack from the machine
and charge it.
2. Ensure that the machine is not at an
extreme angle while operating.
3. Cut the grass at a higher height of cut or
walk at a slower pace while mowing.
4. Attempt the other troubleshooting
actions, if the alarm still sounds, contact an
Authorised Service Dealer.
1. Have the blade sharpened or replaced.
2. Clean under the machine.
