Gas leaks
Make sure that there are no gas leaks on the pipe between the
gas meter and the burner.
Gas filter
Change the gas filter when it is dirty.
Combustion
In case the combustion values found at the beginning of the inter-
vention do not respect the standards in force or, in any case, do
not correspond to a proper combustion, contact the Technical As-
sistance Service in order to carry out the necessary adjustments.

Opening the burner
Turn off the burner's power supply using the main
system switch.
DANGER
Turn off the fuel interception tap.
DANGER
Wait for the components in contact with heat
sources to cool down completely.

Closing the burner
Refit following the steps described but in reverse order; refit all
burner components as they were originally assembled.
After carrying out maintenance, cleaning or
checking operations, reassemble the cover and
all the safety and protection devices of the burner.

Access to head internal part
In order to reach inside the combustion head (Fig. 30) proceed as
follows:
➤ remove the cover of the conveyor 1);
➤ only for DB 4 SM - remove the electrical connection of the
probe 2) and the electrode 3);
➤ only for DB 6 SM - remove the electrical connection of the
electrodes 3);
➤ unscrew the control wheel 4) and the locking screw of the
head 5);
➤ move backward the head 6).
