Dismantling the QRI photocell

To dismantle the QRI photocell 1)(Fig. 28) after disconnecting it
electrically, loosen the screws 2) and turn everything to remove it
from its support.
7.3

Opening the burner

Turn off the burner's power supply using the main
system switch.
DANGER
Turn off the fuel interception tap.
DANGER
Wait for the components in contact with heat
sources to cool down completely.

7.4

Closing the burner

Refit following the steps described but in reverse order; refit all
burner components as they were originally assembled.
After carrying out maintenance, cleaning or
checking operations, reassemble the cover and
all the safety and protection devices of the burner.

Access to head internal part

In order to reach inside the combustion head (Fig. 29) proceed as
follows:
➤ remove the photocell 2);
➤ remove the cover of the air conveyor 1);
➤ remove the electrical wirings 3) of the electrodes;
➤ unscrew the locking screw 4) of the head 6) and screw the
control wheel 5);
➤ Remove the head 6).
