Corrective Actions
Turn the power switch off and then on again. If it occurs repeatedly, write down the error code displayed on the
touch panel, check the operation description and then contact the service representative.

Failed to scan the S/MIME encryption certificate.
Corrective Actions
• Check and correct the settings related to the S/MIME certificate.
