7.5 Option menu

The Option menu provides the possibility to make changes in the language set-up. Initially, these settings
follow the selection made when setting up the unit for the first time.

7.6 System menu

The System menu provides the possibility to make changes in the overall technical set-up of the receiver.

The language in which all On Screen Displays are presented.
If there should be more than one subtitle language being broadcast, select the
one
to your liking.
If Hard of Hearing subtitles should be broadcast, select On to show them on
screen
in the running program. Default is Off.
Select the correct Language for your country. It will initiate the correct
Language Code Standard for your country.
If more than one language audio track is being broadcast, select the one that
would be your first choice.
If more than one language audio track is being broadcast, select the one that
would be your second choice.
Default is Auto for automatic selection. However, it is possibly that certain
TVs, Monitors and Digital Audio Amplifiers can not provide the correct audio
decoding for the automatic selected format. Select PCM to downmix for
example Dolby Audio to Stereo. Select Bypass to send digital audio unchanged
to a TV, Monitor or Digital Audio Amplifiers if you are certain it can do the
correct decoding.
Audio Description can be offered by a broadcaster as a service to Visual
Impaired people. The video content will be described by a narrator. When set
to {On}, if the AD track is available, will be mixed automatically with the original
sound.
The volume of the AD track can be adapted to make a better mix with the
original sound.
This submenu shows receiver specific information such as hardware and
software version. Please have the System Information screen on hand when you
call our hotline. The person who answers your call might ask for the information
given in this screen.
Programmes with a Parental Guidance Rating can be blocked from viewing and
opened only with a Password. To setup this feature, enter your password first.
Then select an age, above which the channel must be protected. Options are:
Off, Age 7 to 18. Default is Age 18. Default password is 0000.
To enter this sub menu item you must always enter the (default 0000) active
password. The Lock Control has to be set before it is possible to block access to
other menu items and certain channels. It is also possible to change the default
password in to a more secure one.
Set to On to if you want to prevent entering to menu items which could
substantially change the setup of the unit, for example the Search or Program
menu.
Select {On} to activate the lock set on channels in the Channel Edit menu. All
locked channels will need to have the password entered. Select Off to override
the lock set on channels in the Channel Edit menu. All locked channels will
freely be accessible.
Press OK to enter the sub menu. To change the password: Select Old Password
and enter either the default password, or the previously changed password.
At New Password enter a new thought up password. Re-enter the same new
