TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
Problem
5. No product is being

top of the freezer door.

Probable Cause
a.
Low on mix. The LEVEL
message is displayed.
b. Machine not in Auto
mode.
c.
Beater motor is off during
over temperature. The
message appears on the
display.
a. The viscosity control is
set too warm.
b. The scraper blades are
worn.
a.
The viscosity control is
set too cold.
b.
Barrel not primed
correctly.
c.
Mix pump incorrectly
assembled.
d.
Mix pump incorrectly set.
e.
Butterfat is in the pump.
a.
Hopper cover is not in
position.
b.
The agitator is not
installed.
c.
The hopper temperature
control is set too warm.

Defective Thermistor

Remedy
a. Add mix to the hopper.
b. Select Auto and allow
machine to cycle off
before drawing product.
c. Press the STOP button
and wait 5 minutes.
Restart the machine in
Auto mode.
a. Increases the consistency
values.
b. Replace the scraper
blades with new ones.
a. Decreases the
consistency values.
b. Drain the barrel and
prime the machine.
c. Follow assembly
procedures carefully.
d. Check and, if necessary,
change the position of the
regulator tube.
e. Disassemble, clean and
reinstall the pump.
a. Clean and sanitize
hopper cover and place in
position.
b. Clean and sanitize the
agitator and install it.
c. Decrease the
temperature value in the
menu.
