Programmes

In order to choose one of the programmes, you swipe to the left or to the right with the finger on the
touch screen in the main menu until the preferred programme is displayed in the middle. Confirm
your selection with the button [...] / Return in the left lower corner.
3.4.1

Heart rate-oriented Programmes

WARNING
Your training equipment is not a medical device. The heart rate measurement of this equipment
may be inaccurate. Various factors can affect the accuracy of the heart rate measurement. The
heart rate measurement serves only as a training aid.
The constant HRC programme requires the entering of a heart rate, which is kept by the console
during the training. The interval HRC programme requires that you enter a low and a high heart rate.
During the HRC programmes a chest strap needs to be worn.
Set the HRC type: There are two modes of HRC programmes, HRC1 – constant and HRC2- interval. Set
the preferred HRC mode with the buttons.
Set the mode: Set the speed or the incline with the buttons.
Set the age: Enter your age with the buttons.
Set the target heart rate: Enter your target heart rate with the buttons.
Set the target time: Set the programme duration of your training with the buttons.
WARNING: The heart rate measuring can be imprecise. Any overexertion can cause serious injuries.
When you feel weak or uncomfortable, stop the training immediately.
