1.7.6 Mounting fl ue gas restriction plate
Depending on the length and shape of the concentric fl ue system and the chimney
construction, you should, if indicated, fi t a restriction plate with a certain width (B) into
the ceiling of the combustion chamber.
To do this, see the set-up options as listed in fi gure 4 through 14.
Important: Ensure that the correct fl ue gas restriction plate is mounted.
Use of the correct fl ue gas restriction plate will provide
optimum effi ciency, fl ame effect and combustion. Mounting
an incorrect fl ue gas restriction plate can result in damage
to the gas fi re.
Baffl e plate:
To install the restriction plate, the baffl e plate must fi rst be removed.
This baffl e plate is located at the top of the combustion chamber, just before the
connection with the concentric channel.
Assembly restriction plate :
1. Loosen the 2 bolts of the baffl e plate.
