1.6 HARD RESET POWER SUPPLY
If "Reset" button is pressed, a short circuit is made in the output power supply (29V).
The device will not restart (and will not give power) until the button is released. The
power supply status LED (POWER) will blink in green, and the Reset status LED will
blink in red while the button is being pressed.
