• FQXSFMA0075G: Multi-bit CE occurred on CPU [arg1] high bandwidth memory channel [arg2]
pseudo-channel [arg3], need to restart the system for high bandwidth memory self-healing to
attempt post package repair (PPR).
Severity: Warning
User Action:
Complete the following steps:
1. Restart the system to allow for high bandwidth memory self-healing to attempt hard post package
repair (PPR).
2. If the problem persists or if PPR attempt failed, collect Service Data logs.
3. Contact Lenovo Support.
• FQXSFMA0090M: FIPS mode is aborted for PMEM at DIMM [arg1] because it has persistent data
region, PMEM identifier is [arg2].
Severity: Error
User Action:
Complete the following steps:
1. Enabling Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS) mode will erase all persistent data, so
boot the system to OS and backup all persistent data from that PMEM device first.
2. Use PMEM manageability utility (e.g. ndctl or ipmctl) to delete all name spaces from that PMEM
device.
3. Reboot the system and then try to enable FIPS mode again.
4. If the problem persists, collect Service Data logs and contact Lenovo Support.
