Clean the Endeavor
Clean Everest Print Head
Clean Everest Printer Filter
Clean the Endeavor
Clean the dust from the autoloader and the surrounding area. Clean the autoloader
from dust once a week. The dust causes problems with printing the discs and the
recording. It is best to place the Endeavor in a dust-free environment.
Printer Alignment
After installing the printer, it may need an alignment to the gripper arm. The
alignment was initially done at the factory, but shipment may have shifted the original
alignment.
You will need a T10 Torx driver and a 5/32" Allen wrench.
1. Power on the Endeavor by pressing the Endeavor power switch. Wait for the unit
to complete the initialization. The Everest Printer takes about 2 to 3 minutes to
complete the initialization.
2. Press the operator button to open the Everest Print drawer.
3. Press and hold the operator button for 8 seconds. This places the Endeavor into
diagnostic mode. The operator panel shows when to release the button.
4. Once the operator panel displays "01 CYCLE OUTPUTS DIAGNOSTIC", press
the operator button four times and hold on the fourth press. This selects the Jog
Lift Diagnostic Test. The lift arm moves down closer to the print drawer.
