To add the Meeting Room or Entry Queue as a Contact in the Windows
Messenger buddy list:
Once the Meeting Room is defined, it can be added to the buddy list of all
Windows Messenger users in the organization.

On the Tools menu, click Add a Contact.
The Add a Contact wizard opens.
2 Select the option to add a contact by e-mail address, or use the Search
option and then click Next.
