In the New Object - User window, enter the user password and
confirm the password. The user password must contain at least 9
characters.
This password is required only for the endpoint registration with the
LCS. The password is also defined for a Meeting Room or Entry
Queue in the LCS, but has no significance to the conferencing
process.

Make sure that the Password never expires option is selected.

Click Next.

In the users list, right-click the new user, and then click Properties.
The user Properties dialog box opens.
