Hardware required for DDP2 configuration
The following hardware is required when configuring the NT5D97AD DDP2.

Note: Either the DCHI card or the DDP2 card can be installed first.
However, DDP2 loops must be configured in software before defining
DCH links.
PRI - one NT5D97AD DDP2
DCHI - one externally connected NT6D11 (ISDN PRI and
DPNSS1/DASS2 applications)
Note: For DPNSS1/DASS2 applications, the NTND08AA CPU
ROM is required to support the NT6D11AD DCHI operating in the
expanded mode. For the NT6D11 operating in standard mode, the
SDI/ESDI ports must be assigned a unique port address in the range
0-15. The port address numbers assigned to the NT6D11 operating
in expanded mode must not conflict with addresses assigned to other
I/O port types. To avoid potential conflicts and to simplify system
configuration, it is recommended that, in the expanded mode, the
port addresses for the NT6D11 be numbered in the range 16-159.
