Invalid input from DTSL/DDSL n; l is
the length indicator, mi is the message

DTSL/DDSL n cannot be disabled
because the DTCS/DDCS is disabled

Five minutes have elapsed since
DTSL/DDSL n was started and placed
in the active state; some channel
reset acknowledgements have bee
received, but "x" channels fail to start

If issued after a command has been
entered, then repeat the command; If
error continues, suspect a faulty DCHI
DTCS(s) must be enabled first.
If fault persists, suspect a faulty DCHI.
