If the frequency of the carrier wave need to be set, please select the carrier wave at first, and then use
multifunction rotary knob or press soft key
number and select unit soft key to complete the setting.
Select Modulation Wave
The modulation source of this instrument comes from internal, it is sine wave, square wave, rising ramp wave,
falling ramp wave, arbitrary wave and noise wave. The default is sine wave. When AM mode is enabled, the
default modulation wave is sine wave. It can be change by multifunction rotary knob or press
mode.
 Square Wave: Duty cycle is 50%.
 Rising Ramp Wave: Symmetry is 100%.
 Falling Ramp Wave:
 Arbitrary Wave: The length of arbitrary wave limits at 4 kpts by the method of select point automatically
when arbitrary wave is the modulation wave.
 Noise Wave: White Gauss noise
Set Modulation Frequency
The frequency range is 2 mHz～1 MHz (the default is 100 Hz). When AM mode is enabled, the default frequency
of the modulation wave is 100 Hz. It can be change by multifunction rotary knob or press soft key
and then use numerical keyboard to input number and select unit soft key to complete the setting in AM mode.
Set Modulation Depth
The modulation depth indicates the change of amplitude, use percentage to express.
range can be set between 0%~120%, the default range is 100%.
 If the modulation depth is 0%, it outputs a constant amplitude (a half of the carrier wave amplitude).
 If the modulation depth is 100%, the output amplitude will change with the modulation waveform.
