TRANSMISSION
6. Remove:
• drive axle 1
(with circlip)
EAS00425

CHECKING THE TRANSMISSION

1. Check:
• drive axle
• main axle
• primary drive gear
• drive axle gear
Damage/wear → Replace.
2. Check:
• bearings
Rough movement → Replace.
3. Check:
• circlips
Bends/damage/looseness → Replace.

INSTALLING THE TRANSMISSION

1. Install:
• drive axle
• circlip 1
New
NOTE:
_
Make sure the circlip 1 is inserted into the
groove a in the drive axle.
2. Install:
• main axle 1
• conical spring washer 2
• drive axle gear 3
• conical spring washer 4
• washer 5
NOTE:
_
Install the conical spring washers as shown in
the illustration.
