CYLINDER HEAD
10.Loosen:
• camshaft sprocket bolt 1
NOTE:
_
While holding the A.C. magneto rotor with the
rotor holding tool 2, loosen the camshaft
sprocket bolt.

11.Remove:
• timing chain tensioner 1
(along with the gasket)
12.Remove:
• camshaft sprocket bolt 1
• camshaft sprocket plate 2
• camshaft sprocket 3
• timing chain 4
NOTE:
_
To prevent the timing chain from falling into the
crankcase, fasten it with a wire.
13.Remove:
• cylinder head
NOTE:
_
• Loosen the bolts and nuts in the proper
sequence as shown.
• Loosen each nut 1/2 of a turn at a time. After
all of the nuts are fully loosened, remove
them.
14.Remove:
• dowel pins 1
• gasket 2
• timing chain guide (exhaust side) 3
