EVALUATION BOARD SOFTWARE

INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE

The evaluation board software can be downloaded from the
AD8452 product page on the Analog Devices website.
Install the software prior to connecting the
USB port of the PC. This procedure ensures that the
board is recognized when it connects to the PC.
1. Start the Windows® operating system and download the
software from the AD8452 product page on the Analog
Devices website.
2. Unzip the downloaded file. Run the setup.exe file.
3. After installation is complete, plug the
the PC using a USB cable, and power up the evaluation
board as described in the Powering the System section.
4. Launch the software.
5. When the software detects the evaluation board, proceed
through any dialog boxes that appear to finalize the
installation.
The default location for the software is C:\Program Files (x86)\
Analog Devices\AD8452_SystemDemoBoard.
This location contains the executable software and support files.

INSTALLATION STEPS

Proceed through the installation, allowing the software and
drivers to be placed in the appropriate locations. Connect the
SDP-S board to the PC only after the software and drivers are
fully installed.
There are two parts to the software installation. The first part
installs the software related to the evaluation board, as shown in
Figure 3 to Figure 6.
