Possible cause
The poly-V-belt may be torn.
Nur fuer internen Gebrauch
Possible solution
Stop immediately and check the poly-V-belt.
If it is torn:
Do not drive any further.
Consult a qualified specialist workshop,
e.g. a Mercedes-Benz Service Centre.
If it is OK:
Do not start the engine until the message
has gone out, otherwise you could damage
the engine.
Keep an eye on the coolant temperature
( page 134).
Visit a qualified specialist workshop imme-
diately, e.g. a Mercedes-Benz Service Cen-
tre.
