Problem
You wish to leave your vehicle parked up for
a long period.
The engine is not running smoothly and it is
misfiring.
Unburned petrol may flow into the catalytic
converter and cause damage.
The preglow indicator lamp does not light
up when the key is in position 2.
The headlamps are misted up on the inside. High degree of humidity.
Possible cause
An ignition cable could be damaged.
There could be a malfunction in the engine
electronics.
The preglow system has malfunctioned.

If you drive for a short distance with
the lights on, the headlamps will no
