5.2.9. Governor

Disassembly / reassembly
Governor nylon gear
Assembly:

Check the gear for no worn and
damaged before assembling.

Check if governor flyweight has
been
assembling crankshaft.
Governor slider
Separate the governor
flyweight and fix in, then,
check for smoothly moving.
Governor flyweight
Assembly: Check flyweight
for freely turning.
assembled before
Clip:
Assembly: Firmly snap
in the slot of the shaft.
Governor weight
Pin (2)
Split pin
Assembly:

Immediately fit the split pin after
assembling governor arm and
move the governor arm to
against the governor slider.

Insert the straight side of the split
pin into the slot of the governor
arm.
