Piston connecting rod
Disassembly / reassembly
Second ring

Open of first ring
Attention
:
First and Second Rings are stagger 150° ~ 210°
Attention:
Scrape Rings are stagger 150° ~ 210° from the oil
Piston Pin Clip (2)
Assembly: Put the one end into the piston
slot, clamp other end by sharp nose pliers
and revolve into slot. Don't let the open of clip
aiming at the piston pin slot.

Attention: Piston Rotation Arrow should point at
Valve Lifter
Assembly

Put the piston ring sign facing up when
assembling.

Don't wrongly assemble the top ring and the
second ring.

After assembling, be sure the piston can
freely move.

Stagger the open of the piston to piston pin
hole with 120 degree.
Connecting Rod
Assembly: Put the long and of the
connecting rod aiming the triangular
mark when assembling.
