5.2 Disassembly and Service of Engine

5.2.1. Fuel tank

Warning
Drain the fuel tank and fuel
tube fuel thoroughly out
before disassembling. Fuel
vapor or spilled gasoline
may ignite.
Fuel filter
Assembly: Check to be sure the
strainer is clean and undamaged
before installation.
Clip tube
Fuel tube
Assembly: Check for no crack
or aged before assembling. If
necessary replace.
Fuel tank cap
Assembly: Make sure the vent hole
is clean and unclogged.
Blow if necessary.

Bolt: M6 x 14 (4)
Torque: 8 ~ 12 Nm
Fuel strainer
Assembly: Check to be
sure the strainer is clean
and undamaged before
installation.
Fuel tank
Fuel tank capacity: 3.0 L
Assembly: Wash the tank to
remove sediment
thoroughly before installation.
