5. Enter recipients.
• If the entry screen appears, touch an option, or touch X X .
• To select a contact or group from the Device Address Book, touch D D e e v v i i c c e e A A d d d d r r e e s s s s B B o o o o k k , then select a
recipient.
• To enter the fax number manually, touch M M a a n n u u a a l l E E n n t t r r y y . In the Enter Fax Number field, enter the fax
number, then touch A A d d d d .
• To add more recipients, touch A A d d d d R R e e c c i i p p i i e e n n t t , then repeat the procedure.
Note: To insert a pause as needed, touch D D i i a a l l P P a a u u s s e e . To enter longer pauses, touch D D i i a a l l P P a a u u s s e e multiple
times.
6. Adjust server fax settings as needed.
• To scan more documents using the document glass, or to change settings for different sections of the job,
touch B B u u i i l l d d J J o o b b .
• If you are scanning from 2-sided original documents, touch 2 2 - - S S i i d d e e d d S S c c a a n n n n i i n n g g , then select an option.

8. If Build Job is enabled, touch S S c c a a n n , then, when prompted, do these steps;
• To change settings, touch P P r r o o g g r r a a m m N N e e x x t t S S e e g g m m e e n n t t .
• To scan another page, touch S S c c a a n n N N e e x x t t S S e e g g m m e e n n t t .
• To finish, touch S S u u b b m m i i t t .
9. To return to the Home screen, press the H H o o m m e e button.

You can set a time in the future for the printer to send your fax job. The delay can range from 15 minutes through
24 hours.
Note: Before you use this feature, set the printer to the current time.
To specify the time to send your server fax:
1. Load your original documents.
2. At the printer control panel, press the H H o o m m e e button.
3. Touch S S e e r r v v e e r r F F a a x x .
4. Add server fax recipients, then adjust server fax settings as needed. For details, refer to

6. Touch D D e e l l a a y y S S e e n n d d , then set the time to send the server fax:
• To set the hour, touch the H H o o u u r r field, then use the numeric keypad, or touch the arrows.
• To set the minutes, touch the M M i i n n u u t t e e field, then use the numeric keypad, or touch the arrows.
• If your printer is set to display the 12-hour clock, touch A A M M or P P M M .
