R E S E T T I N G S U P P LY L I F E C O U N T E R S
You must reset the supply life counters when you replace some supplies.
1. At the printer control panel, press the H H o o m m e e button.
2. Touch the L L o o g g I I n n button, enter the system administrator login information, then touch D D o o n n e e . For details, refer
to the System Administrator Guide at www.xerox.com/office/ALC81XXdocs.
3. Touch D D e e v v i i c c e e > > T T o o o o l l s s > > D D e e v v i i c c e e S S e e t t t t i i n n g g s s > > S S u u p p p p l l i i e e s s .
4. Touch S S u u p p p p l l y y C C o o u u n n t t e e r r R R e e s s e e t t .
5. To select an item to reset, touch the supply item in the list, then touch R R e e s s e e t t C C o o u u n n t t e e r r .
6. On the confirmation screen, touch R R e e s s e e t t .
7. To return to the Tools screen, touch X X , then touch X X again.
8. To return to the Home screen, press the H H o o m m e e button.
9. Touch the L L o o g g I I n n button, then touch L L o o g g o o u u t t .
