You can correct malfunctions that occur during daily operation yourself. The following
tables will help you to locate and correct the causes of malfunction.

Connection

controller and the
nebuliser handset/
aerosol head
interrupted.
No medication
added.
Inhalation
interrupted.
The maximum
operating time of
20 minutes for an
inhalation session
has been
exceeded.
Battery charge
level 50%.
Battery flat.
Solution
- Verify that all parts
are securely
connected.
- Replace the aerosol
head and/or the
connection cord if
damaged.
If the fault persists,
contact your service
partner.
Add medication.
Resume inhalation by
restarting the device
(press the
ON/OFF button).
Resume inhalation by
restarting the device
(press the
ON/OFF button).
Have new batteries
ready.
Insert new batteries or
operate with the power
adapter connected.
