Resetting Your Treo 700

Soft Reset
Performing a soft reset is similar to restarting a computer. If your Treo 700
device is not responding or you're having trouble synchronizing with your
computer, a soft reset may help. All your information is retained when you
perform a soft reset.
1.
Press the Battery Door Release button and slide the battery door downward
to remove it from your Treo 700

Use the tip of the stylus to gently press the reset button on the back of your
Treo 700
