3.2 Installation/Removal of an LS8M1WCMA0-OVS

Step 1: Turn off the power switch(es) of the switch;

Step 2: Loosen the captive screws at both sides of the card;

Step 3: Pull outwards the ejector levers of the card, and pull out the card along the

guide rails until it is completely separated from the slot of the switch.

Step 1: Turn off the power switch(es) of the switch;

Step 2: Align the remote edge of the card with the slot guide rails, push the card into the

slot, push the ejector levers inward until it presses against the main control card panel

(the angles thus formed between the panel and the levers are the minimum angles).

step 3: Fix the LS8M1WCMA0-OVS card in the chassis by fastening the captive

screws.
