2-10.11 IEEE 1394 Connectors
IEEE 1394 controller, VIA VT6307 chipset on board, supports up to
400MB/s transfer rate with Plug and Play expansion interface.
IEEE3 Headers are built on board, which require two IEEE 1394 cables
(optional) to provide 9-pin serial connectors for devices. Because of
the same pin allocation between the IEEE 1394 Header and the USB
Header, please do not insert an USB cable to the IEEE 1394 Header.
The devices may be damaged or burned for the sake of mistakenly
inserting the wrong cable.
