Sending Distress Alert.
Sending Distress Alert Test.
Distress Acknowledgement Received.
Distress Message Call Activated.

(2) Communication network mode
No display: Normal operation.
Stand alone mode: Stand alone mode.
Restoration mode (reverse video): Previously designated LES is transmitting the
NCS common channel signal.
