TCP/IP connectivity test
Maintenance technicians can use "ping" to test if the LAN connection is
installed and configured properly. Perform a ping test in one of the following
ways (they are equivalent so there is no need to try both):

on the ICB card. A warm SWACT of the front end during maintenance
activities does not affect active calls on the ICB card.
