14. Using the mounting bolt, washer and new locking tab washer, secure the wheel to the
drive shaft.
15. Fold one tab of the locking tab washer up so that the tab rests against one side of the
mounting bolt (Detail "A").
16. Repeat STEPS 1-14 to install the locking cylinder on the opposite side of the
wheelchair base frame.
17. Remove the two 5-inch blocks under battery frame, gently lowering the wheelchair
base frame to the work surface.
18. Check seat location and reposition if necessary. Refer to Verifying/Repositioning the
Seating System Mounting Position on page 9.
19. Verify stability lock setting. Refer to Verifying the Stability Lock Setting on page 25.
20. Check the stability lock function. Refer to Checking Stability Lock Function on
page 27.
21. Install the top and perimeter shrouds. Refer to Removing/Installing the Shrouds on
page 7.
