TDX Spree with ADJASBA Seat (without Manual Tilt)
NOTE: For this procedure, refer to FIGURE 5.
1. Remove the seat cushion.
2. Remove the two socket screws securing the seat pan to the seat frame.
3. Remove the seat pan from the seat frame.
4. Verify seat mounting location and perform one of the following:
• Seat MUST be Repositioned - Proceed to STEP 6.
• Seat DOES NOT Need Repositioned - Proceed to STEP 11.
5. Remove the six hex head cap screws, washers, and the two strap nuts and locknuts
securing the seat frame to the adapter frame.
6. Move the seat frame back one mounting hole towards the rear of the wheelchair.
7. Apply Loctite 242 to the six socket head cap screws.
8. Using the six hex head cap screws, washers, and the two strap nuts and locknuts,
secure the seat frame to the adapter frame. Torque hex head screws to 18 ft-lbs ± 20%.
9. If necessary, re-position front riggings to ensure sufficient clearance for caster wheels.

10. Position the seat pan on the seat frame.
11. Secure the seat pan to the seat frame using the two socket screws.
12. Reinstall the seat cushion.
