Page 3 1. Place the mask and headgear on your face/head and adjust according to manufacturer’s instructions. 2. Place the chin strap over your chin. 3. Close your mouth and gently pull up on both head straps. 4. Fasten head straps together at the top of your head by overlapping the hook and loop fasteners. 5. Adjust the straps until chin is supported and chin strap fits comfortably. 6. Adjust the chin strap so it is snug but not too tight. It should fit comfortably.
